Shiksha has been established as a harbinger of academic excellence. With its motto  विद्यां ददाति विनयं  , academic committee also tries to add values along with formal education into the learning of students. 

Recently, academic department focus on a seminar on a webinar on How to face exam fear since the exam dates have been announced by university. Two more guest lectures (by Ms. Aparna Patil and Mr. Akash Bhagat) have been planned by this department which will add to the learning of the students.

This committee takes under consideration the teacher/scholar model so that both teacher and student understand their rights and obligations in the era of globalization. The mentor driven students are expected to realize some innovations which benefits society and assist  in sustainable development of the nation
